Heavy Duty Space Saver Pusher
Heavy-Duty Space Saver Pusher is a right angle pusher device with an overhead air cylinder used to pull the package across the conveyor, it then retracts to the “ready” position. This device is rated for weights up to 100 lbs. and rates up to about 20 per minute.
IPS offers a wide variety of pneumatically operated devices for rejecting, diverting or sorting packages. Depending on the type of product, speed, and material handling considerations a number of different reject systems are offered to accommodate your specific application. drop bed rejects, linear slides, air pushers, and air blasts, as well as diverters and lift gates to name a few. Each device is operated by a double-acting solenoid valve, and includes a lockable shut-off valve and filter-regulator, and typically includes pneumatic poly tube fittings. Some devices are available with or without conveyors, and many can be manufactured in either painted mild steel or stainless steel and rated for wash-down environments
Swing Arm Diverter
Intermediate Swing Arm diverter uses a large form factor rotary air cylinder to swing a SS arm across the conveyor, diverting packages to an accumulation table or spur conveyor. Fully adjustable, pre-plumbed with filter regulator and shut off valve. Sorting is a good application. the diverter arm removes some of the impact that a ram reject would have on the product. Very versatile and used in a high number of applications.
Small Package Pusher
Small packages for weights up to 12 lbs. and rates up to 40 pieces per minute. Small package open pusher is excellent for use in wash-down applications and includes a vertical and horizontally adjustable mounting bracket. Stroke lengths are available from 6” to 18” wide belt conveyors.

Adjustable bracket mounts to checkweigher frame
-
SS air cylinder with round push pad
-
Complete with filter-regulator and shut-off valve with lock out
Small Package Bump Cylinder pusher reject
Small package bump cylinder pusher is meant for use with rigid containers, such as cans or plastic bottles running at high production rates. This device includes a vertical and horizontally adjustable mounting bracket. Stroke lengths are available from 6” to 10” wide belt conveyors.

Complete with filter-regulator, shut-off valve with lock out
Air Blast Nozzle
Air blasts and amplified air blasts are used in removing lighter weight packages that have a good height to weight ratio. For example, a frozen pizza does not offer sufficient surface area on its edge to be a good candidate for this style device. Shown in the photo are loaves of bread being blown off with an amplified air blast unit.

Intermediate Pusher
Intermediate Pusher is available in stroke lengths for use with 12” or 18” wide conveyor belts. This free-standing pusher must be bolted to the floor. This device is rated for weights up to 50 lbs. and rates up to about 30 per minute.
Air operated enclosed pusher assembly on free-standing mount. Pre plumbed with filter regulator and shut-off valve.
HD Pusher Ram Reject
Heavy-Duty Pusher is available in stroke lengths for use with 12” wide conveyor belts, up to 24” wide conveyor belts. Cases and cartons requiring substantial force to remove from the line. This free-standing pusher must be bolted to the floor adjacent to the conveyor. The device is rated for weights up to 80 lbs. and rates up to about 30 per minute paragraph. Adjustable leveling feet predrilled for anchoring to floor.
2-Lane Sorting Conveyor
Two-Lane sorting conveyor. Sweep arm diverter paddle gently and quickly diverts selected packages from the main production lane to the accumulation lane for manual removal or adjustment. Options for “lane full” and “divert verification” alarms are available. Lane widths and system length is variable to meet your application
needs.
Drop-Nose Reject
A drop-nose diverter is used in higher-speed applications, up to 60 per minute, and keeps packages moving in-line with production flow. The discharge end of the conveyor drops to a maximum of 8”, allowing packages to travel below the next conveyor in line and accumulate in the customer’s bin or to their take-away conveyor. Saves footprint room and a good use for fruit and bagged produce that can easily bruise.
Case Diverter
Drawing above shows drop nose right after a checkweigher to remove overweight or under weight bags of produce in order to eliminate fines from underweight shipments. Unit has +/- 2" of height adjustment on predrilled feet to be anchored to the floor. Free standing stand eliminates vibration being transferred to the checkweigher. Discharge drop distance is 14".
Case diverter is comprised of a pop-up roller section that transfers a rigid container to a spur conveyor (reject accumulation lane) at rates up to 40 cases per minute. Utilizing a trim scale integrated with the system makes it easy to correct the off weight cases and then put them back into the line. See Case Weigh- Trim System below
